About

Hey there!

Welcome, I’m Anika and let me share a glimpse into my journey.

I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin.

I’ve worked across corporate, private business, non-profits, government, and I’ve run my own business. I understand the relentless pressure of wearing multiple hats, whether it’s managing a team, meeting client expectations, or keeping the business afloat while also showing up for family. The to-do list never seems to end, and stepping away can feel impossible when everything relies on you.

Through it all, I juggled the mental load of work, family, and everything in between. Mornings felt like marathons—rushing to get to work, making sure the kids had everything they needed, and worrying about my elderly parents, all before the workday even began. And once it did? There were deadlines, office dynamics, client demands, and the pressure to keep everything running smoothly. The exhaustion wasn’t just physical—it was mental and emotional too.

For a long time, I put myself last, believing that was just the way it had to be. There was always something more important—work deadlines, family needs, clients to take care of, emails that couldn’t wait. I told myself I’d slow down later, but later never seemed to come. No matter how much I did, it never felt like enough. The pressure to keep up—to be productive, available, and dependable—was constant, and the guilt of stepping back felt just as heavy.

Over time, I realised the real issue wasn’t me or that I wasn’t trying hard enough or that I needed to be more organised. The real problem was the unrealistic expectations, the rigid workplace structures, and the silent pressure to always be on. I wasn’t failing—I was exhausted! And something had to change.

Through trial and error, I started to set boundaries, prioritise my wellbeing, and let go of the guilt. I had to unlearn the idea that rest was a reward and instead see it as a necessity. It wasn’t easy—change never is—but it was needed.

How I Can Help

I work with people who are carrying too much—the stress, the burnout, the endless demands that never seem to ease up. Maybe you're juggling a high-pressure job, running a business that feels like it never sleeps, or constantly showing up for others while your own needs get pushed to the side.

Whether you’re struggling with workplace challenges, finding it hard to set boundaries, or just need space to breathe, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll find practical strategies to ease the overwhelm, create more balance, and make room for you again. And along the way? Expect plenty of support, honest conversations, and maybe even a laugh or two.

If you're feeling stretched too thin, exhausted, or like you’re always running on empty—let’s change that. You don’t have to do this alone.
